TokFun provides access to ringtone and live wallpaper discovery, preview, download, and submission features. You may use the site for lawful personal purposes and must not interfere with its normal operation.
Downloads
Downloaded content is provided for personal phone customization unless a separate license or rights statement says otherwise. You are responsible for using downloaded files in a way that respects applicable laws and third-party rights.
Submissions
When you submit content, you confirm that you created it or have the rights needed to share it with TokFun for review and possible display. TokFun may edit metadata, reject submissions, remove files, or restrict access when appropriate.
Prohibited Activity
You must not submit or use TokFun to distribute illegal, infringing, harmful, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, malicious, privacy-invasive, or unsafe material. Automated abuse, scraping that disrupts service, and attempts to bypass security controls are not allowed.

TokFun may update, remove, reorganize, or limit features and content as part of normal operation, moderation, legal compliance, or technical maintenance.
